Air and wind is all around us, but there are also winds of the body. The body breathes, creates gas, and moves through the air. How do we connect to this element of air or wind? We'll be discussing the Pranic Vayus, or winds of the body, in the next Women's Circle and Satsang, April 25th, 2021.
