If you’d like a refresher on the subtle principles of Reiki Level One to renew your practice, this workshop is for you.
This workshop will cover the basics of energy anatomy & the chakra system, history of Reiki and Reiki Principles, and the importance of grounding and protection, including exercises.
Five hours, divided into two sessions.
Includes digital book and workbook.
